New findings published in Psychological Science show that educating children could be the answer to getting them to eat more vegies.  

Preschool children who were read storybooks about the benefits of nutrition and dietary variety, daily for 3 months doubled their voluntary intake of vegetables during snack time.

Have a look at these books for children: “Oliver’s Vegetables” by V. French & A. Bartlett, “I Eat Vegetables” by H Toft and “I Can Eat A Rainbow” by A Karmel.
