Pineapple & Mint Frappe

 (Help your digestion while eating Christmas lunch!)

Pineapple contains an enzyme, bromelain, that is anti-inflammatory and helps your digestion.  Mint also soothes your digestion .

1 pineapple, peeled & chopped
¼ cup mint leaves
12 ice cubes
Mint sprigs to serve

Place pineapple, mint and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.  Pour into long glasses and top with mint sprigs.  Serves 4.
